JUMPS

Earn point jumper spot on your team with conditioning to increase the height and technique of cheer jumps – includes exercises that can be done at home!  Character education is incorporated in weekly lessons – we teach integrity and respect while increasing confidence and strength through athletics.

CHEER BASICS

Cheer basics will hit all aspects of cheerleading! Motions, Dance, Spirit, Jumps, Stunts, and Tumbling. Every class will increase the difficulty as you get closer and closer to your cheer season!

DANCE

Come Join Coach Denise for a conditioning and dance class. Learn some cheer choreography while keeping up your stamina and endurance. Get instruction  on how to perform at your best using facials, rhythm and tight motions!

STUNT & TUMBLE

Although we can not stunt or tumble in person we can get our bodies ready to stunt and tumble when we get back into the gym! We will use household items to help us prepare for all stunting positions! We will continue to condition our bodies for hitting our routine!
